Per operator <br /> it was because the shut off valve was not closed completely and they stopped the leak by fully closing the valve. Provide cap <br /> for waste pipe today. For nonpermanent food facilities that handle nonprepackaged foods, there is no potable water and/or no <br /> wastewater tank and there are no temporary water and wastewater connections. (§114205) 2. Materials used for the tanks are not safe, <br /> durable, corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent and finished to have a smooth, easily cleanable surface. (§114207) 3. Tanks are not sloped to <br /> an outlet that allows complete drainage of the tank. (§114209) 4.
