All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: Pool skimmers are lacking 2 weir gates and one float valve. Provide weir gates and float valve today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br /> #30 Pool Equipment and Plumbing Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Pump is leaking on the ground. Fix leakage in 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All equipment related to pool operations shall be installed and maintained in accordance with manufacturer's <br />specifications and shall comply with applicable requirements established by applicable NSF/ANSI-50 performance standards. (CBC <br />3123B) <br /> #35 Flow Meters <br />OBSERVATIONS: Flow meter is stuck. Repair/ replace flow meter in 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Flow meters shall be provided on each recirculation system and shall be installed in accordance with <br />manufacturer's specifications. (CBC 3125B) <br /> #36 Pressure and Vacuum Gauges <br />OBSERVATIONS: Influent gauge is stuck. Replace gauge in 1 week. Corrected on site. Influent reading is now at 12 PSI. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pressure and vacuum gauges shall be provided for each pump system.
