Stop this practice <br />immediately. Store raw meat at bottom shelves and cooked food/ produce/ ready to eat food at top shelves at all times. <br />Correct today. <br />I observe breaded raw meat on a plate, placed on a tray that is covering the washing compartment and dirty utensils drain <br />board of the 3 comp sink. Stop this practice immediately. Place food away from the 3 comp sink to avoid any potential <br />contamination. Correct now.
