Per employee they microwave it first to warm the the meatballs up and then place them in the warmer <br /> to finish reheating.The manufacturer reheating instructions for the meatballs were not available during the re-inspection. <br /> Reheating must be done rapidly with total time not exceeding 2 hours. Corrected on site, the meatballs were placed in the <br /> microwave to reheat. Email reheating instructions to dafonskaia@sjgov.org within 1 week. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Any potentially hazardous foods cooked, cooled and subsequently reheated for hot holding or serving shall be <br /> brought to a temperature of 165#F. (114014, 114016) <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The soap dispenser at the prep/hand sink was in disrepair.
