Per employee they microwave it first to warm the the meatballs up and then place them in the warmer <br /> to finish reheating.The manufacturer reheating instructions for the meatballs were not available during the re-inspection. <br /> Reheating must be done rapidly with total time not exceeding 2 hours. Corrected on site, the meatballs were placed in the <br /> microwave to reheat.
