<br />OBSERVATIONS: Per employee vinegar was used to sanitize utensils when washed, bleach was available at 2 comp sink.
<br />No warewashing was being done during the inspection. Went over proper warewashing procedure at 2 comp sink with
<br />employee and manager. Utensils must be washed, rinsed, submerged and sanitized in at least 100 ppm chlorine sanitizing
<br />solution for at least 30 seconds, and then air dried.

<br />F minimum from faucet. Correct today.
