Violation numbers: 6 and 23 were corrected. Violation numbers 1 (partially <br />corrected), 27, 38, 45, (partially corrected) and 47 observed during the 06/05/2023 reinspection remain open. Refer to <br />inspection report dated 6/5/23 for observations and corrective action. <br />Note: One employee was observed with long artificial nails. Per California Code, Health and Safety Code - HSC § 113973 (a) <br />Single-use nonlatex gloves shall be worn when contacting food and food-contact surfaces if the employee has any cuts, <br />sores, rashes, artificial nails, nail polish, rings, other than a plain ring, such as a wedding band, uncleanable orthopedic <br />support devices, or fingernails that are not clean, smooth, or neatly trimmed. <br />Print and maintain a copy of the most current inspection report on-site. <br />Note: The signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not obtained during the inspection. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
