All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Facility decided to use the dish washer to wash and rinse and sanitize manually <br />in the sanitizing compartment of the 3 comp sink using chlorine 100ppm or more. <br />Chlorine test strips are available. <br />Valid food handler cards are available on site. <br />Ware wash sink is used as hand sink as well and it is fully supplied with soap and paper towels from dispensers. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
