All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hot water at the 3-comp sink is 83F. Re-checked the hot water and it is consistently 94-95F. Provide <br />hot water of 120F (minimum) at all times. <br />Repair electrical issue as needed. <br />A 2nd re-inspection will occur in 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #22 Disposal of Sewage/Wastewater <br />OBSERVATIONS: Upon arrival, the area in front of the entrance door is wet and the interior floor of the facility is wet. Per <br />employee, the drain at the 3-comp sink has been overflowing. <br />Upon inspection, the floor sink is very slow to drain. <br />Clear the drain today and ensure the drain is clear and free-flowing. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system. (114197) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: There are multiple flies inside the facility. Take action to eliminate the flies within the facility.
