Provide hand soap inside a <br /> pump-style or wall-mounted dispenser and a fully stocked wall-mounted paper towel dispenser for proper hand-washing. <br /> Correct prior to operation. <br /> Paper towel dispensers were empty in both restrooms. Maintain the dispenser stocked at all times and in good repair. Correct prior to operation. <br /> Observed loose air vent in right side restroom. Secure and maintain as needed. Correct prior to operation. <br /> The restroom doors are lacking a self-closing device. Restroom doors should remain closed except when entering/exiting. <br /> Provide device prior to operation. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair.
