All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. <br />As per Manager, she is aware of the complaint. <br />Manager shared with me similar incident ( hand cut) that happened yesterday, on the recorded videos. Incident is addressed <br />properly. <br />During my inspection, all shift employees are wearing gloves and no hand cut or injury reported. I didn't see any employee <br />with band aid worn. <br />Green beans are received in precooked shelf stable cans with sell by date ( December 2025). Green beans are heated to <br />165Fat least 15 seconds to be held on the hot hold at 135F or above (145F). As per manager, if there is any left over of beans <br />will be stored in the walk in cooler at 41F or below (41F) for later. Facility is practicing proper reheating method. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
