COMPLAINANT ALSO STATES <br />THAT HER DAUGHTER GOT SICK AND BEGAN THROWING UP APPROXIMATLEY 8 HOURS AFTER LEAVING THE <br />FACILITY. COMPLAINANT STATES SHE TOOK HER DAUGHTER TO THE DOCTOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. <br />COMPLAINANT BELIEVES IT WAS THE RATS THAT CAUSED HER DAUGHTER TO BECOME SICK. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed a rodent dropping on the floor in the back area. Clean and sanitize area. Increase pest control <br />services as necessary. Discussed complaint with owner. Owner granted access to inspect facility. Inspected all food storage <br />areas and the restroom for rodents. Did not observe any live rats in the facility. Observed two rodent droppings in the side <br />storage room under the shelf where cleaning chemicals are stored. Did not observe rodent droppings over any food storage <br />areas. The facility receives monthly pest control services per owner and is due for servicing May 17, 2023.
