PG&E put
absorbent on the asphalt to soak up the mineral oil. The mineral oil flowed into a sump that was connected to a storm drain.
The City of Stockton arrived on site and verified that the oil did not leave the sump. The city then blocked the storm drain to
prevent any oil from entering the system.
PG&E has retained environmental contractor PSC to complete cleanup of the spill.
