SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />COUNTY — <br />416=t-r <br />Greatness grows here <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: AGUILERA, JUAN Y <br />1 <br />Date: 05/02/2023 <br />Address: 5424 E HVVY 26, STOCKTON <br />Owner/Operator: AGUILERA, JUAN Y Telephone: <br />Program Element: 2546 - RELEASE/SPILL RESPONSE (EXCLUDING JOINT TEAM) Complaint #: C00055813 <br />Responsible Party Contact: ALEX STEELE <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />On 05/01/2023 EHD received notification that at around 6.45am a PG&E power line mounted transformer released <br />approximately two gallons of mineral oil onto the concrete at 5424 E Hwy 26, Stockton, no storm drains or waterway <br />impacted. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Arrived on site at 6.30am to verify clean up, met with Manny Sias of Clean Harbors (Clean up Company for PG&E). Clean up <br />was completed driveway looking good. According to Manny Sias absorbents were used for the cleanup and then pressure <br />watch the driveway and fence area. Two 55-gallon drums of solid waste were generated from the cleanup operation and were <br />being taken to PG & E,4040 West Lane Stockton, for storage and disposal as hazardous waste. No storm drains or waterway <br />impacted. <br />Note that any hazardous waste material shall be disposed of under all appropriate waste manifesting and waste disposal laws <br />and regulations. Make a hazardous waste determination for any generated hazardous waste material and dispose of them as <br />required. Please be advised that the disposal of any waste [HSC 5411] or disposal of any hazardous waste, or the causing <br />therefor, is prohibited when the disposal is at a facility that is not permitted or authorized for hazardous waste disposal. <br />[HSC25189.5(a)]. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
