This resulted to a release of <br />approximately 5900 gallons of sewage onto dirt. Stop the release and immediately clean up all released material and <br />impacted soil and dispose of it under all appropriate waste manifesting and waste disposal laws and regulations. Make a <br />hazardous waste determination for all waste materials generated during this clean up and dispose of them as required. <br />Provide proof of correction and copies of disposal records of any waste generated from cleanup operations to EHD.
