Called the reporting party, Sabrina Sams, <br />Solve One, 866-765-8663, and confirmed that I had received the spill report. <br />Called the store and spoke with Clerk Neil Dahlberg, 209-830-2950. He stated the <br />releases happened due to a gas tank that didn't seal with the nozzle. <br />Approximately 1 gallon was released onto concrete in front of pump #4. A boom <br />was placed around it and REACT was sprayed on the spill to treat it. Neil stated <br />he had no concerns with the REACT treatment and stated the spill was small and <br />manageable. Spoke with his environmental contact, Chris Phillips, 510-566-2127, <br />and he confirmed that the cleanup method used by Neil was correct. <br />05/24/2023 Discussed complaint with Michelle Henry and Elena Manzo, program coordinators. ALANIZ <br />Called Chris Phillips and confirmed that any absorbent/booms used to clean a spill <br />would be put in the hazardous waste drum.
