His phone ALANIZ <br />number is 209-337-8902. On 4/12/2021, a garbage truck hit a pole causing a blue <br />sticker pole mounted transformer to leak 20 gallons of mineral oil onto soil at <br />21657 E Dodds Rd, Escalon. The transformer and pole were replaced. Caution <br />tape was placed around the spilled area to prevent people from going into the <br />area. <br />Called Dave Larsen, PG&E, 209-466-3003. He marked the area for USA dig and <br />is planning to clean up the area on Saturday morning. <br />PG&E did not contact the property owner. Researched the area and found the <br />property to be David T Price, Inc-21657 E Dodds Rd, Escalon CA 95320. The <br />business has open permits with the EHD. Called the facility at 209-838-7361 and <br />spoke with Papsy Freeman. I informed her what had occurred. She did not have <br />any issues with PG&E conducting the cleanup on Saturday. Her emergency <br />contact numbers are 209-887-3261 and 209-601-3289 (cell). <br />Created the complaint and wrote a notice to abate. Emailed it to Alex at <br /><R2Sv@pge.com>. <br />04/14/2021 Called Dave Larsen, PG&E, 209-401-0719. Discussed the spill. He went out to <br />the site today but did not take any pictures. I asked him to send me pictures when <br />he goes to the site on Friday. <br />ALANIZ <br />Completed a PROP 65. <br />Completed 4/13/2021 narrative. <br />04/17/2021 1:30 pm-Received call from Dave Larsen of PG&E that the clean-up is almost <br />complete and to head to the site. <br />BAKER <br />2:12 pm-Arrived on site. Met with Dave Larsen. Clean-up was almost done. <br />Verified clean-up when it was complete. Excavation was approximately 4 feet <br />deep and 4x5 feet in area. Waste generated was put in a 20 yard roll off. Roll off <br />was approximately 15% full. Waste will be taken to Forward Landfill.
