Generated photolog for 10/24/2023. <br />03/29/2023 Received and reviewed disposal record from Tina Taylor SAETERN <br /><TTaylor©collinselectric.com>. Emailed Tina to request for disposal records for <br />the three drums generated on 10/21/2022. Attached a contact sheet with the <br />photos of the drums. <br />Received email from Tim Cuellar of Advanced Geo <tcuellar@advancedgeo.biz>, <br />who stated "all drums associated with the Stockton Complex diesel spill were <br />consolidated by RB Environmental into one bin for disposal at Forward Landfill." <br />Attached was an invoice and Republic Services Non-Hazarodus Special Waste & <br />Asbestos Manifest. Base on the manifest, "soil" was disposed of in one CM of 2 <br />yard. <br />04/17/2023 Received returned packet. Reviewed narratives. Printed 5104, 5105, and LOG2. SAETERN <br />Placed into J. Alaniz's inbox. <br />05/12/2023 Soil sample ss-1/4' (native soil after cleanup had been deemed completed) came <br />back with hits for heavy metals after a total threshold limit concentration analysis <br />was done. The analysis was done on 10/24/2022. <br />ALANIZ <br />The results are as follows (mg/kg): <br />Arsenic: 2.64 <br />Barium: 193 <br />Chromium Total: 44.0 <br />Cobalt: 12.3 <br />Copper: 27.9 <br />Lead: 8.13 <br />Nickel: 27.6 <br />Vanadium: 58.9 <br />Zinc: 44.1 <br />Referred complaint to Kristin Shelton, <Kristin.Shelton©waterboards.ca.gov>, and <br />Holly Young, <Holly.Young©Waterboards.ca.gov>, with the Water Board. <br />Received a confirmation email from Holly Young that the email was received. <br />Abated complaint. <br />05/12/2023 Generated a Waterboard referral sample letter.
