State Route 99 E. Frontage Rd, Lodi. Received complaint. Review <br />complaint. <br />12404 N. State Route 99 E. Frontage Rd, Lodi. On site investigation. Met with <br />owner Sharon Lee Moreford. Walked over to the septic tank area. Could not <br />determine if any effluent or sewage is overflowing from septic tank due to the <br />heavy rains. <br />Spoke with Sharon about complaint and we agreed I will come out to investigate <br />once it is dry within a week or so. <br />Status check. The owner was not in her office. Rang the doorbell and could not <br />get hold of her. The septic system area in the back cannot be entered unless <br />owner opens the locked access door. <br />12404 N. State Route 99 E. Frontage Rd, Lodi. Met owner and maintenance <br />personal Ed Salazar. Ed Salazar agreed to show me around. Inspected septic <br />system area. Did not see surfacing sewage overflow from septic tank as the <br />complaint states (took photos). Went over septic permits on file with Ed Salazar. <br />Discuss with Ed Salazar the basics of septic system and helped him understand <br />historical septic permits on file. <br />Ed Salazar will expose around septic tank to see no sewage is surfacing or pipes <br />is/are broken. <br />12404 N. State Route 99 E. Frontage Rd, Lodi. Spoke with Ed Salazar and <br />discussed septic tank. Ed stated he exposed around the septic tank and did not <br />any issues that can result in sewage overflowing. <br />12404 N. State Route 99 E. Frontage Rd, Lodi. Site visit. Ed Salazar exposed side <br />of septic tank. There is no issue with tight line.
