I confirmed that there is waste water and GOODERHAM waste solids releasing from the plumbing of the building. The release is reaching the sidewalk and street. I issued a notice to abate to the staff working there. I asked for a manager but there was no manager present. 04/04/2023 Stopped by the site and there has been work done on the plumbing outside of the GOODERHAM building. Clean up of some sewage is still needed outside of the drive thru window. 04/11/2023 Discussed complaint with A. Gooderman and V. Pedraza. It was determined that a MURO site visit will be needed. 04/12/2023 Forward complaint to city of stockton code enforcement. GOODERHAM 05/02/2023 Stopped by the site to verify that clean up of sewage release has taken place. The GOODERHAM area where sewage release occurred is cleaned up. I will abate this complaint. The plumbing is in the same shape as before, city of stockton is notified and has responded to complaint. Mohammed confirmed that city requires a permit for this type of work. 5105.rpt Page 1 of 1
