Left note with AG <br /> 04/11/2023 Complaint inspection, no one onsite and the bar and restaraunt is closed. I did GOODERHAM <br /> observed a bathroom structure outside of the building with 8 stalls. At the time of <br /> the inspection I am unsure if these are the bathrooms in question or if these are <br /> permitted. <br /> 04/13/2023 Spoke with Jerry at windmill cove and states that the new toilets are on a trailer GOODERHAM <br /> and is like a portable toilet. I request specifications for the portable toilets; it <br /> sounds like it wont be connected to the existing septic tanks. <br /> 05/24/2023 Spoke with naseem about portable restrooms in back patio area. I was told they GOODERHAM <br /> were portable toilets by jerry but apparently there is a 3000 gallon septic tank <br /> under the portables; discovered by Naseem. Notice to abate is issued by Naseem <br /> for work done without permit. <br /> I will Abate this complaint to C00055851. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 1 of 1 <br />
