Maintain the dispenser stocked at all times and in good repair to ensure proper hand <br />washing. Correct today. (REPEAT) <br />The hand washing sink in the back was observed blocked by soda syrup boxes and sink was filled with items. Maintain <br />hand sink clear so that it is accessible at all times for proper hand washing.
