Upon arrival at the site I <br />observed a backhoe loader being driven on the west part of the property. <br />Employee, Julio, met me at the western gate near the horse stalls. I asked him <br />permission to see the back of the property, but he refused stating his boss <br />(Manuel) is not there. I asked him what he was doing. He stated he was getting <br />the excavator unstuck. Julio provided Manuel's phone number (209-247-0491). <br />SINGH <br />04/14/2023 I discussed complaint with Sandip Singh Sr REHS. RAMIREZ <br />04/17/2023 9561 Biederman Ave — I called the property owner at 209-247-0491 and left a SINGH <br />voicemail. Created photo log. <br />Drafted NAI. Emailed to Natalia S. for approval.
