The smaller garbage cans do not provide adequate storage, which may cause infestations at the <br />property. To correct the violation listed above, solid waste must be stored in garbage cans with tight fitting lids and the <br />waste must be removed to an approved disposal facility at least once per week (every 7 days). The frequency of waste <br />removal must be increased if once a week of disposal is not adequate. All public health violations must be corrected <br />immediately. <br />If further complaints are received, an investigation will be made which may result in legal action being taken at a rate of $156.00 <br />an hour.
