A NJ O A Q U l N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY— <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> QUIK STOP MARKET#039 2285 E FREMONT ST, STOCKTON August 01,2023 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 205 CCR 2712(i) Failure to submit and have current UST Monitoring Plan readily accessible at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 208 CCR 2716(a-e) Failure to comply with the designated operator inspection requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION: The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection <br /> reports.The incorrect and missing information included the following from the inspection reports: <br /> -The DO reports did not include the owner/operator name <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the visual inspection,the designated operator shall check that all required <br /> testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including <br /> all of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 306 HSC 25291(e)Failure to remove, analyze, and properly dispose of water in secondary containment(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> OBSERVATION: Liquid was observed in the 87 and 91 fill sumps. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it <br /> must be removed and disposed of properly. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed approximately 37 gallons of liquid from the 87 and 91 fill <br /> sumps.
