COMPLAINANT STATES ONE OF THE STRAWBERRIES WAS GREEN, POSSIBLY SELLING OLD <br /> STRAWBERRIES. COMPLAINANT STATES APPROXIMATELY 2-3 HOURS AFTER EATING COMPLAINANT HAD <br /> STOMACH PAINS, DIARRHEA,AND COULDN'T STAND UP. STATES SYMPTOMS LASTED 2 DAYS. NO ADVICE <br /> NURSE OR DOCTOR SEEN. <br /> —COMPLAINANT REQUEST CALL BACK FROM INSPECTOR" <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> Dipping chocolate--Warmer--156.00°F Walk-in cooler--35.00°F <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Arrived at facility. Spoke to manager and was granted access for inspection of facility. Per manager, none of the employees <br /> were sick around the time of the complaint. Owner arrived shortly after and stated he was aware of complaint.The <br /> complainant was refunded the cost of the order. <br /> Strawberries are stored in the walk-in cooler(currently at 35 F)until ready for prep. Dipping chocolate is stored in a warmer <br /> and currently at 156 F. Did not observe alleged old strawberries. Did not observe improper handling or storage of food items. <br /> Food handler certificates are up to date for all employees.
