All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Facility has ready-to-eat food customer self-service setup with containers, scoops, and tongs that require <br />sanitizing using the wash, rinse, sanitize method. Facility is lacking a three-compartment warewash sink. Discontinue <br />self-service food sales as equipment is not being properly sanitized. (113980, 113982, 114021-114031, 114035, 114041) <br /> #31 Consumer Self-Service Food Protected <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed ready-to eat food items set up for self-service inside the open-air cooler and inside the <br />multi-door cooler. Facility is lacking the required equipment for the sanitation of containers and utensils. Discontinue practice <br />to prevent the contamination of food items. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Unpackaged food shall be displayed and dispensed in a manner that protects the food from contamination. <br />(114063, 114065) <br /> #45 Floors, Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed exposed concrete areas at facility. Floor will need to be sealed with commercial rated epoxy <br />coating to 1/8 inch which is equivalent to 3 coats of epoxy coating. Correct within 30 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
