Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . Provide written notification to ust( slgov . orq to arrange the following repairs and testing ( a 4 & <br /> hour notice is required ) . <br /> a . Leak detector test , after first fuel delivery : Verify the device can detect a leak of 3 gallons <br /> per hour at 10 psi . Verify line volumes are appropriate for the make and model of the <br /> installed leak detectors . <br /> 4 . Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications : <br /> a . Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid , <br /> current contractor' s licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board ( may be <br /> issued to the installation company) , or a Tank Tester' s license issued to the individual <br /> by the State Water Board <br /> b . Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically <br /> present at the work site who possesses a valid , current California UST Service <br /> Technician certificate issued by the International Code Council ( ICC ) <br /> c . Possesses a valid , current certificate of training from the manufacturer( s) of the <br /> component(s) being tested , repaired , or serviced <br /> 1868 E .
