Applicant shall contact District for <br /> approval if said encroachment or drainage applies. <br /> The applicant is advised to ensure that adequate protections are in place to protect the proposed <br /> improvements from inadvertent flooding should irrigation water be applied to the property <br /> (intentional or unintentional). Improvement plans for both off-site and on-site improvements <br /> shall be submitted for review by the District's Engineering Department.
