All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br /> #3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: Information on safety signs is faded. Rewrite information on safety signs in legible writing today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 3120B) <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: O- ring is lacking in skimmer assembly. Provide O-ring within 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br /> #27 Pool Equipment Room <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed leaking from spa filter system. Corrected on site by maintenance personnel. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep ancillary facilities well maintained.
