#35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The dough cutter station has grease build-up. Degrease, clean and sanitize by 3 days. Maintain clean. <br /> The wooden table has build-up(old oil/grease?). Clean and sanitize table by 1 week and maintain clean. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. Remove cardboard from the floor. <br /> Hard to reach areas of the floor have food and nonfood debris.
