SAN JOAQUIN Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 12:00 pm <br />Time Out: 12:15 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: BINGE VIETNAMESE FUSION Date 05/24/2023 <br />Address: 5779 PACIFIC AVE, STOCKTON 95207 <br />Owner/Operator: TRAN, LINH Telephone: (209) 292-6070 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00055856 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT STATES THE OWNER'S FAMILY MEMBERS COME INTO THE KITCHEN (8-10 PEOPLE AT A TIME), <br />GRABBING AND TOUCHING FOOD WHILE ITS GOING OUT TO CUSTOMERS AND WHILE ITS BEING PREPPED. <br />COMPLAINANT STATES THEY ALLEGEDLY COME IN THE KITCHEN TOWARDS THE END OF DAY, AROUND 7-8PM. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. No violations. No re-inspection. <br />Owner unaware of complaint and says that only employees go behind the counter. Family members and former employees <br />remain in customer area only. <br />Reminder that only employees should be in food preparation and storage area. All employees who handle food or beverages <br />in any way should obtain a 3 - year Food Handler Card within 30 days from date of hire. <br />Official inspection report was emailed to operator. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
