All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. MP states he did not receive the complaint. <br />Per MP: when meat, poultry and shrimp are prepped at the 2-comp food prep sink, the sink is sanitized in between protein <br />types. <br />Per MP, the fire exinguishers were serviced around 2 weeks ago by Jergensen. <br />Per MP, there was recently a small "flare" at the 2nd fry station, but the ANSUL system did not deploy. <br />Upon inspection: <br />Meat, poultry and shrimp are prepped at the 2 comp prep sink.
