SA6JOAQUIN <br />C OU N TY <br />Environmental Health Department <br />4: JF•,-.);:e14 Greatness grows hen Time In: 1:00 pm <br />Time Out: 1:20 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility EL TORITO RESTAURANT Date: 06/05/2023 <br />Address: 2593 W MARCH LN, STOCKTON 95209 <br />Owner/Operator: FM RESTAURANTS HOLDCO LLC Telephone (209) 957-6891 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00055879 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT STATES A FOUL ODOR IS COMING FROM THE WOMAN'S RESTROOM THAT CAN BE SMELT FROM <br />THE ENTRANCE. COMPLAINANT ALLEGEDLY OVERHEARD EMPLOYEES TALKING ABOUT IT POSSIBLY BEING A <br />BROKEN PIPE. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. No violations. No re-inspection. <br />Foul odor not present at entrance or women's restroom at the time of the inspection. Manager aware of complaint and said <br />that there was a sewage smell previously but plumbing has been repaired since then. <br />Periodically pour water down the floor drains in restrooms to prevent p traps from drying out and allowing sewage smell to <br />escape. <br />Official inspection report was emailed to operator. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
