Discussed complaint. MURO <br />The employee consented that I enter the facility for complaint inspection. I <br />inspected the buffet line, food prep line, cook line, dry food storage, ware wash <br />room, and back storage room. I did not observe any live cockroaches or maggots <br />in these areas. I observed one dead cockroach on the floor in the back room. <br />Employee stated that facility is serviced for pest control by Official Pest Prevention <br />company every two - three weeks.
