Did not observe the vendors as MURO <br />alleged by complainant. Spoke to facility staff who stated that a vendor has been <br />observed at the parking lot in the evenings. Advised that it is illegal to conduct food <br />sales without a health permit. Employee said the facility staff will ask vendor to <br />leave premises. Advised employee that if we receive a second compliant for the <br />same vendor, EHD will conduct second investigation and the vendor will be <br />charged the currently hourly rate of $156/hour. If illegal food sales occur after 5 <br />PM or on the weekends, the complaint investigation will be charged the minimum <br />3-hour fee of $702.
