Informed him of the nature of my call. CARRUESCO <br />Told him that we received a call alleging that he provided a roasted pig to a group <br />of people on June 10th and that the next day all that ate pig were sick with <br />diarrhea. I asked if he prepares food for the public and/or acts as a food caterer? <br />he told me he only makes food for his immediate family and not for parties or the <br />public. I asked him if he butchers pigs in his back yard and he said he does not. <br />Will send him a notice to his address that we received this complaint with these <br />allegations.
