PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH <br />FINDINGS. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. No major violations. No re-inspection. <br />Manager aware of complaint. Complaint was seen online. No other complaints of a similar nature received. Restaurant is <br />serviced once a month by EcoLab. Pest control receipts observed. No cockroaches or insects observed inside restaurant <br />during the inspection. Burritos are made of tortilla, meat, beans, rice and sauce. Food items were covered at the time of the <br />inspection. <br />Continue pest control measures and increase if necessary. Ensure food items are covered, entrances are kept closed and <br />any access points for vermin are sealed. <br />Official inspection report was emailed to operator. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
