SANdOAQUIN <br />COUNTY <br />Ci't-n:riess grows heft. <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 1:13 pm <br />Time Out: 1:28 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: PIEOLOGY Date: 07/17/2023 <br />Address: 6627 Pacific AVE, STOCKTON 95207 <br />Owner/Operator: DANIEL ABFALTER Telephone: (209) 910-0798 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00055938 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT STATES THERE ARE BABY COCKROACHES IN THE BEER DRAINAGE ON THE FLOOR. <br />COMPLAINANT STATES THE SAUCES ARE LIKELY EXPIRED AND AREN'T BEING CHANGED OUT REGULARLY. <br />COMPLAINANT ALSO STATES THE FACILITY IS OVERALL REALLY DIRTY <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: One dead cockroach observed behind keg cooler. Continue pest control and increase if necessary. <br />Clean and sanitize area immediately. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br />#35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: Equipment under soda dispenser was observed leaking. Repair equipment so that it is in good working <br />order within one week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175). All utensils and equipment <br />shall be approved, installed properly, and meet applicable standards.
