Maintain mop sink clean and clear for <br />the disposal of waste water. Detail clean floors within one day. Maintain clean. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls /ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. Major violation. Re-inspection required prior to re-opening facility. <br />Adult and baby cockroaches observed on floor, walls and drain pipe below cooler holding beer kegs. Approximately 20 <br />cockroaches observed. Observed gnats flying around mop sink and near prep sink. Facility is serviced by Orkin Pest on a <br />monthly basis. Last service was the first week of June. <br />-Per manager, sauces are used until gone and then cleaned and re-filled. This usually occurs daily. Sauces are stored in a <br />counter top holder and kept on ice. Temperature was over 41 F. <br />Facility was observed with heavy food debris and build-up on floors (especially hard to reach floors under equipment and <br />shelves), beer keg cooler and cabinet under soda dispenser. <br />Official inspection report was emailed to operator. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
