SAN,JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />COUNTY.- <br />/, r <br /> Time In: 11:41 am <br />Time Out: 11:55 am <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: SANCHEZ 101 DBA KFC & A & W Date: 06/28/2023 <br />Address: 2290 GRANT LINE RD, TRACY 95377 <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209) 834-0786 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00055944 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />C00055944 states: COMPLAINANT STATES HE OBSERVED EMPLOYEES SCOOPED ICE FROM THE FLOOR, FROM <br />A BAG OF ICE THAT BROKE, INTO ANOTHER BAG AND USED IT TO MAKE DRINKS BEHIND THE COUNTER. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />GM is on site and is aware of the complaint. Per GM, a bag of ice was broken on the floor. Staff swept some of the ice into the <br />floor sink and then the bag of ice was put into a second bag to contain the ice. Per GM, the incident occurred during the lunch <br />rush/peak time so the ice was placed into an unused refrigeration unit to deal with after the lunch rush subsided. After the <br />lunch rush ended, staff discarded the ice into the 3-comp sink. The ice was never used for staff or customer beverages. <br />No signature obtained <br />Report typed in the office 2:45p-2:57p <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
