SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 11:52 am <br />Time Out: 12:20 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: BURGER KING #29317 Date: 07/11/2023 <br />Address: 744 N JACK TONE RD, RIPON 95366 <br />Owner/Operator: GHAI, SUNNY Telephone: (209) 107-0179 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00055971 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT STATES THAT HE ORDERED 2 BREAKFAST SANDWICHES ON FRIDAY 07/07/2023,THE SECOND <br />SANDWICH HAD BLOOD ALL OVER IT. COMPLAINANT ALSO STATES THE THERE WAS AN EMPLOYEE WHO <br />ALLEGEDLY CUT THEIR HAND AND NO PERSON IN CHARGE ON SITE. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. <br />I spoke with the general manager over the phone regarding the complaint. Manager is aware of the complaint. Manager <br />stated that a person in charge was on site on July 7th ( date of the complaint) and the employee that was at the prep line, did <br />not report any incidence ( minor cut). During my inspection, I met the person in charge and the employee on the prep line. <br />Both don't have any skin cut or injury. As per the general manager, any incidence; minor or major, should be reported to a <br />dedicated medical company that will initiate an incident report that will be kept on record on site at all times. Manager added <br />that as per their internal policy, all employees, on the prep line, should wear gloves. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
