Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: TAHAMA VILLAGE MOBILE HOME PARK, 10780 N HWY 99 , STOCKTON 95212 <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br /> #15 Operation Records <br />OBSERVATIONS: Operation records are lacking. Maintain operation logs for testing pool pH and free residual chlorine <br />levels today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual, pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per day. <br />Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often as <br />necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test results <br />for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request. (CCR 65523) <br /> #17 Cleanliness of Pool <br />OBSERVATIONS: Slight debris accumulation on pool bottom. Clean and maintain pool clean of debris. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain clean pool water while the pool is in use and shall not allow debris to accumulate <br />in the pool. Pool operator shall clean the bottom, sides, and other surfaces of the pool as often as necessary to keep pool surfaces clean <br />and free of slime and algae. (CCR 65533) <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: Skimmer assembly is lacking float assembly. Provide float assembly today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br /> #38 Filter Cleaning and Maintenance <br />OBSERVATIONS: Influent and effluent PSI differential is greater than 10 PSI. Backwash/clean filter. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All filters shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. (CBC 3123B) Pressure gauge <br />located on the filter shall be marked with the clean startup reading. (CBC 3125B) Each filter vessel shall be provided with valves so that it <br />can be isolated from the recirculation system for repairs and backwashing.
