COMPLAINANT ATE THERE ON FRIDAY 07/14/23 , AT 10:40AM, SYMPTOMS OF VOMITING, <br />STOMACH CRAMPS AND FEVER BEGUN ON SATURDAY, 07/15/23 AT 1:00A.M. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Per owner, the facility had a lot of customers on the day of the complaint and <br />many of the customers ordered unagi. This was the only complaint received. <br />Per owner, employees have not been ill. <br />Per owner, he has been in contact with the complainant and reimbursed his money. <br />Routine inspection of the facility conducted concurrently.
