COMPLAINANT ATE THERE ON FRIDAY 07/14/23 , AT 10:40AM, SYMPTOMS OF VOMITING, <br />STOMACH CRAMPS AND FEVER BEGUN ON SATURDAY, 07/15/23 AT 1:00A.M. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Owner is on site and is aware of the complaint. Per owner, the facility had a lot of customers on the day of the complaint and <br />many of the customers ordered unagi. This was the only complaint received. <br />Per owner, employees have not been ill. <br />Per owner, he has been in contact with the complainant and reimbursed his money. <br />Routine inspection of the facility conducted concurrently. Major violations identified and a re-inspection will occur in 2 weeks. <br />No signature obtained <br />Report typed in the office 1:36p-1:45p <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
