SANAAQUIN
Environmental Health Department
COUN \r:'
Time In: 10:48 am
Time Out: 11:30 am
COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT
Name of Facility LA COMERCIAL COMMISSARY Date 04/27/2023
Address: 2900 E HARDING WAY, STOCKTON
Owner/Operator: Telephone:
Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: COJMBWOQR
Responsible Party Contact:
DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint:
FACILITY IS PUMPING WASTEWATER FROM SEPTIC TANK AND DUMPING ONTO LAND.
VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7;
113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health
and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of
the food facility.
OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS
FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS
No Temperature Data Collected
COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS
Complaint investigation. Went to commissary and discussed complaint with staff. I was granted access to the site of alleged
activity. I did not observe the alleged activity taking place. The soil was dry and did not appear that wastewater was dumped
onto land. Staff reported that during the excessive rain event, water was pooling the concrete ridges. Staff pumped out rain
water, not wastewater, for access to manhole covers and servicing. Septic tanks are serviced monthly per staff. Observed the
manhole cover and septic lid were left open. Per staff, the lid was being inspected as servicing would take place following day.
Lid and cover were replaced during inspection. Observed the area around the septic lid to be wet. No sewage odor was
detected. Per commissary owner, the manhole area are washed periodically, and that is why it was wet.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code. If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
Received by: Name and Title:
EH Specialist: CLAUDIA MURO Phone: (209) 561-8923
COJMBVVOQR 5C004 04/27/2023
EHD 16-23 Rev. 04/07/22
Page 1 of 1 Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
