All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br /> #9 Ladders and Handrails <br />OBSERVATIONS: The shallow end hand rail is loose. Secure hand rail today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: A means of entry and exit shall be provided at both the shallow and deep end of the pool. Ladders and <br />handrails shall be corrosion resistant and shall be rigidly installed. At least one handrail shall extend from the deck to not less than a point <br />above the top of the lowest step. Handrails shall be installed between 28 to 36 inches above the steps and deck. (CBC 3111B) Pool <br />operator shall keep ladders and handrails well maintained. (CCR 65535) <br /> #13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: Cyanuric acid concentration is greater than 100 ppm. Maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 <br />ppm and 100 ppm during operation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm. (CCR 65530) <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: Skimmers are lacking floats assembly. Provide float assembly within 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br /> #36 Pressure and Vacuum Gauges <br />OBSERVATIONS: Effluent pressure gauge is not operating. Replace/repair effluent pressure gauge today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pressure and vacuum gauges shall be provided for each pump system.
