Went out and met SUSZYCKI <br />with CHP, Cal-Trans, and the driver's manager. A box truck was flipped onto its <br />side into a ditch along hwy 132. All Star towing pulled it out. The truck contained <br />two 16 gallon drums of motor oil which broke open. Some of it went into a dry ditch <br />and some of it on the asphalt road. No water ways were effected. All Star put <br />down absorbent on the oil on the road. The driver was hurt and was going to the <br />hospital to get checked out. The responsible party is Truck Trailer Mobile Service, <br />got their info and spoke to their representative, Rich Fernando. Juan from <br />Cal-Trans said that USA needs to do a survey before they can decontaminate the <br />site. At that point responsible party will remove the contaminated dirt and used <br />absorbent. <br />A copy of the Notice to Abate and photo log was emailed to Rich Fernando of <br />Truck Trailer Mobile Service at richtrucktrailermobile.com. <br />06/26/2023 Called Rich Fernando to get an update and he told me that I needed to speak to a SUSZYCKI <br />Mike at Truck Trailer Mobile Service. <br />Called Mike at 1011111111end left a message asking for an update on the <br />clean-up. <br />07/11/2023 Visited the site with Vicki V. Met with Juan from Cal-Trans and observed the <br />clean-up being conducted by All Environmental. Six steel drums were filled with <br />contaminated soil and absorbent. All Environmental stated that the drums will be <br />taken to a second transporter before being brought to a TSDF. All contaminated <br />soil and absorbent was removed prior to leaving the location. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />07/11/2023 Created an Official Inspection Report stating that all of the contaminated soil and SUSZYCKI <br />absorbent was observed to have been removed. <br />Created a photographic log showing the clean-up of the site. <br />Emailed the Official Inspection Report and Photographic log to the responsible <br />party. <br />Abated the complaint. <br />5105.rpt Page 1 of 1
