One of his open complaints was this approximately 90-gallon diesel release that occurred on 4/21/2022 southbound on 1-5, just north of Roth Rd. A notice to abate was emailed to Oasis Express on 4/21/2022 requesting final disposal records and waste determination to be submitted to EHD. Based on the notes for this complaint, clean-up occurred on 6/8/2022 with All Environmental Services and waste generated was taken as non-hazardous to Fairmead Landfill in Chowchilla. Analytical results were submitted to EHD but a copy of the disposal record that is signed by Fairmead Landfill was not received. Please submit a disposal record showing the landfill has received the waste and we can close out this open complaint. Thank you very much!
