SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />COUNTY <br />Complaint Record Daily Time and Activity Summary from 6/9/2020 to <br />6/9/2023 for CORJWC6HI located at <br />10676 E WEST RIPON RD <br />Activity Date Recorded by <br />06/05/2023 <br />18 min <br />06/06/2023 <br />180 min <br />Time Spent: 10:36-10:54 PM <br />Received a notification from Jamie Beckett, PG&E, that a pole mounted <br />transformer was hit at 10676 W Ripon Rd, Ripon. Jamie's phone number is <br />530-999-1068. The incident occurred at 6:30 AM. The transformer was from <br />2019 and had a blue sticker. Approximately 10 gallons was released onto soil No <br />waterways or storm drains were impacted. Called the cleanup company and <br />spoke with Conception Bear. Informed Conception to call me when he began <br />cleanup so I could go and meet him at the site. <br />Jamie stated that there were no current plans to sample the transformer for PCB <br />analysis. <br />Time Spent: 12:36 AM- 3:36 AM <br />Received a call from Conception Bear informing me that cleanup was almost <br />complete. Arrived on site and observed final cleanup. The hole was <br />approximately 3x2x1 feet. Three 55 gallon drums of oily debris were generated <br />and taken to the PG&E Manteca service yard for disposal. No waterways or storm <br />drains were observed impacted. Wrote a notice to abate and emailed it to Alex <br />Steele, PG&E, at <R2Sv@pge.com>. <br />PE 2546 ALANIZ <br />SC 907 <br />PE 2546 ALANIZ <br />SC 974 <br /> <br />06/09/2023 Completed photo log and prop 65.
