HARDING WAY CITY: STOCKTON ZIP CODE: 95205 <br />OWNER/OPERATOR: GR "CHIP" ARNETT JR TELEPHONE #: <br />TYPE OF INSPECTION: COMPLAINT 0 STATUS CHECK 0 OTHER PROGRAM <br />ELEMENT: 4200 <br />RECORD <br />!Dm C00055809 <br />NATURE OF INSPECTION: THE FOOD UNIT RECEIVED A COMPLAINT OF PUMPING WASTE WATER FROM SEPTIC TANK. COMPLAINANT <br />STATES THE INCIDENT OCCURRED DURING THE RAIN EVENT WEEKS AGO. FOOD UNIT INSPECTOR INITIALLY INSPECTED ON <br />4/27/2023 WHEN COMPLAINT WAS RECEIVED; HOWEVER, NO EVIDENCE OF SURFACING SEWAGE WAS OBSERVED. AFTER <br />REVIEWING LIQUID WASTE HISTORY OF PROPERTY, GENERATED THIS COMPLAINT FOR UNIT (II) TO INVESTIGATE. <br />OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS: ARRIVED AT THE SITE AND MET ANTONIO THE MANAGER. ANTONIO STATED DURING HEAVY RAIN THE <br />SEPTIC TANK(S) AREA WHICH SITS BELOW THE REST OF THE REAR WAS FLOODED WITH RAIN WATER. RAIN WATER WAS PUMPED <br />AWAY FROM SEPTIC TANK IN WORRY OF GETTING INSIDE THE SEPTIC TANK. <br />I OBSERVED THE SEPTIC TANKS AREA AND DID NOT NOTICE SURFACING SEWAGE OR INDICATION OF FAILING SYSTEM. THE LEACH <br />FIELD AREA WAS OKAY NO ISSUES NOTED.
