There were no violations found <br />during the inspection. The business has removed all hazardous materials and hazardous wastes from the <br />facility. The business will be exempted from the HMBP program. Log into the California Environmental <br />Reporting System (CERS) and change the first and third question in the business activities section from yes to <br />no. Then leave a comment in the business activities comment section that all of the hazardous material and <br />hazardous wastes have been removed because the business has closed this facility. Next submit the facility <br />section in CERS. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($162).
